Last month science came across the strangest maternal-fetal case ever seen.
The case was about a woman who appeared to be pregnant with twins. Or al least, that's what doctors told her.
The story begins when week 32 of pregnancy, her gynecologist found that one of the two babies seemed to be dead as it stopped showing activity. Despite the tragic moment the mother was going through, the doctors saw that the other baby could be saved and they asked the mother to keep her pregance a few weeks more so that the other baby could be born.
