The Official State Gazette on November 23 published the Agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the Principality of Andorra for the exchange of information on physical matters published in Madrid on January 14, 2010 and which will enter into force on 10 February 2011.


Andorra was one of the few
States of Europe that recognized bank secrecy in
its legislation. However, and although there had already been contacts between the Ministry of Economy
and the Treasury and the Andorran authorities, it was as a result of the
