The SCP Foundation is a secret organization run by governments around the world to contain and study anomalous individuals, entities, places, objects, and phenomena that defy natural law, which the acronym SCP stands for.
Special Containment Procedures Although the Foundation intends to study these objects, it is not explained for sure how they were created or how they are contained, everything revolves around how dangerous these objects are. The SCP Foundation keeps the existence of SCPs a secret to prevent people's panic and world chaos, and allow humanity to function normally. When an SCP is discovered, the SCP Foundation deploys agents to collect and transport the SCP to a secret Foundation facility, or to contain it at its discovery location if transport is not possible.
There are 6 types of classification of SCP entities:
Safe: These entities are relatively safe for humanity or are simply easy to contain.
Euclids - These entities can pose a risk to some people.
Keters: they represent more risks for towns or states or entire countries because of their power.
Neutralized: they are SCPs that, in addition to not representing a risk, may have already been neutralized by the Foundation.
Taumiels: they are SCPs that have been controlled and now serve to contain other SCPs.
Apollyn: They are the strongest entities of the SCP, capable of destroying the universe.
The way the Foundation studies these objects is through experimentation with humans. Test subjects acquired by the Foundation are designated as Class D personnel: criminals selected from prisons, usually those sentenced to death, who are locked in a pavilion with several open chambers, where prisoners and SCP objects are released into a maze to meet and see how SCP objects act, rarely does a class D come out alive, is killed by an object or by a Foundation agent.
