Last Monday, the state police of Virginia, United States, arrested a 25-year-old African-American man with psychiatric disorders who arrived after suffering suffocation perpetrated by police officers during his detention.
The young man, bound with hand and foot grates, was completely immobilized and obeying police orders, but the Virginia police officer found himself pounced on the young African-American man, taking away his ability to breathe and ultimately failing. One of the detainees was of Chinese origin, and since he did not speak English, he did not testify in his defense, while his partner, also detained, was a young African-American who in his statements, according to FBI sources, has confirmed that both are infiltrators paid by the Chinese government to socially destabilize the United States and also provoke police violence.
